Placing Your Order:
ACE Body Care Shop has automated many of its key order processes to significantly reduce order processing time. We cannot make any changes to an order once it is finalized. However, we will attempt to accommodate our customers whenever possible. Please check your order carefully before confirming.
Pricing:
Due to market fluctuations, prices can be subject to change without prior notice. However we will attempt to forewarn our regular customers of any whenever possible. The minimum order requirements will also be subject to change.
Our pricing structure is designed for all types of customers be they large or small re-sellers, actual service providers who put our products to effective use or just customers who buy for their own personal use and enjoyment. Our pricing structure provides the customer with a 20% wholesale discount on our shop retail prices on small minimum order quantities and a further discounted wholesale price for larger quantities as depicted in the table below and all our downloadable catalogues.
Please quote Order ID Codes and Product Names when placing orders. Please also note that all the prices stipulated in this catalogue are aligned with our shop and wholesale pricing structure!
- Where it stipulates a minimum order quantity of 12 units, a pick and mix option is permitted within a given category. Eg. Aromatherapy or Herbal etc..
- Where order quantity requirements exceed a total of 50 units a 5% product discount will apply.
- Where order quantity requirements exceed a total of 100 units a 10% product discount will apply.
- Where order quantity requirements exceed a total of 150 units a 15% product discount will apply.
- Where order quantity requirements exceed a total of 200 units a 20% product discount will apply.
- Where order quantity requirements exceed a total of 250 units a 25% product discount will apply.

- Freight and Shipping costs are not included and can be confirmed prior to order completion.

Out of Stock Items:
Sometimes a product will be available at the time you place your order, but then stock levels fall below your order quantity by the time your order is received at our production unit. If this does occur we will expedite and fast track production to ensure your merchandise is delivered as scheduled. |
Purchasing within Thailand:
Domestic handling fees are calculated based on the actual weight of the merchandise and packaging materials, and will be shipped via registered parcel or EMS.
International orders:
All goods are shipped via Thai-Post EMS, Fedex or UPS Worldwide. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that the package may incur. The customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by Parcel Service for address corrections. They charge this fee when packages are missing suite numbers, including zip code errors, or contain any other incorrect information that is supplied by the customer within the "Ship To" area of our order form. They also charge for address changes such as dropping off your package at any address other than the one provided in the "Ship To" area of the order form. The address correction fee is $5 per box. ACE Body Care reserves the right to charge these fees as soon as we are notified of them. All orders require your signature upon package delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges if a package is returned because no one was available to accept it. If you make a special request to have Parcel Service leave your package without signature, we will place the request on the box however we CANNOT guarantee that they will comply. Only they can decide if they feel it is safe to leave a package at your location as they will ultimately be responsible if the package gets stolen or misplaced. If this may be a problem, please give us an address where someone will be home to receive the package for you.

Returns:
There are absolutely no unauthorized returns because we cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left ACE Body Cares Production Warehouse or our shops. In the event that we make an error, we will of course gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs. All of our products such as massage oils, essential oils, shampoos & conditioners, herbal soaps, aromatic soaps and candles come from natural sources. They are subject to a normal range of variations in colour, texture, odor etc. These slight variations can be due to seasonal changes such as temperature, rainfall, sunlight and other variables. These differences from batch to batch are normal and are not regarded as defects in the product quality. We cannot accept returns due to these variations because we cannot resell the product once it has left our facility.
Damage Claims:
For International delivery, please inspect packages upon arrival and report any damages, missing items or missing boxes to both Parcel service and ACE Body Care Shop info@acebodycare.com within 2 days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the Parcel service driver and then report it directly to their office. Carrier officer will inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact them to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by the Parcel Service. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from the Carrier. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order.
